Welcome to the Village of Stirling’s official website!  We are Alberta’s largest Village by population.  As a designated National Historic Site, we are proud of our agricultural roots yet we’re also preparing for our future with high-speed gigabyte fibre-optic internet service to most residences and businesses in town.  In addition, we are the first net-zero Village in Canada in that we generate enough electrical power through our roof and ground-mounted solar arrays to offset our consumption for municipal purposes.  Stirling is a safe, caring and vibrant community with a focus on a family friendly lifestyle.  We invite you to explore this site to learn more!
